  • Well Spring Break is officially underway, though I won’t be heading home tonight. Why not? WELL, I’ll tell you why. I don’t have cable. Big deal, right? WRONG. Tonight is the season finale of BattleStar Galactica. That means no more BSG until July!!!! Holy crappers! Even then it might suck because I still won’t have cable, unless I go with my brother to his girlfriend’s, who has cable and is also an angel, so the odds of being able to attend are favorable.

I’d also like to ask that everyone pray for me/think of me/send positive vibes my way/whatever you do to help a guy out over break. I have my interviews with the Jesuits Monday-Wednesday. I’m kind of nervous about it… I mean, I will be interviewed intensely by people I don’t know. I’ll be asked very deep, personal questions and I have to give deep, personal answers. Everything is confidential but… you see why I’m nervousish? So please acquiesce to the aforementioned request, if you would be so kind, and it would really help me out. Thank you all!

PS- Name the movie the pick is from!! (Hint: it is a SWEET movie haha.)

PPS- An update over Spring Break may not occur due to an internet connection that operates at the speed of inbred redneck brain cell multiplication (slow).

  • EQUILIBRIUM! I know you too well OH! And I LOVE the GOO GOO DOLLS! Luvyas!

  • You will be in my prayers, that’s for sure. Have a great break, good luck, and talk at you soon. Tschuss!

  • Enjoy the interview process…You will learn a lot about yourself!  Good luck and I will be praying for you.

  • You are in my prayers; you will do just fine, you tend to express your thoughts pretty well.  Just don’t rush and be yourself as you always are.  :)   Good luck, man.

  • Equilibrium, anything with Christian Bale and Sean Bean in it I’ve seen. :D

You will do just fine at these interviews. I love Jesuits, they’re some of the coolest guys out there… (besides the Fransiscans) Honestly, I think they’ll put you in the year book as person most likely to become Pope… Which if you do become the Pope, you have to promise to invite me to the Vatican and I’d like a ride in the Popemobile.

On another note, I feel your pain with the cable tv thing… well I get to listen to it all day I guess. Try downloading it from the internet, you still have that right?

  • Equilibrium!  nice pic btw :)

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck on your interview!  Be well, bud :)

  • Oh, um, about your last comment; not even the brain cells of geniuses replicate; once the brain stops growing, anything damaged cannot regenerate.  So, maybe you mean the speed of the nerve impulses of an inbred redneck being slow…

Quite a few things from AP Bio stuck with me.  :D

  • Wow, I never thought of it that way; I could be friends with a future pope. Too cool.

  • Yes! I was so right! It’s equilibrium!!!

  • Dang! I feel like such a prick. I just realized I’d let you know what the b-day plans were, and then I never got back to you. I tried your dorm room at about 4 p.m., but you weren’t there, so when you said home, you meant Tipton… It probably wouldn’t have worked out anyway. A.J. let me know 24 hours before he had play practice at 7 p.m. on Thursday, so we had to leave earlier in the blustery snowy/rain to get to Cedar Falls. It was still a great time, even though it turned more into a double date. It ranks up there with the race against Mike at Bennigan’s with the Big Irish, though. Cherry grenadine and Mello Yellow = Delicious. That’s the consensus from T and myself, at least. What be your plans for the weekend of April 2? I’ve got some movies/T.V. shows for my birthday you might be interested in seeing (if you haven’t), so I thought I might head down to Cedar Falls then… Let me know what you think. I’ll talk at ya later. NO BSG till October = WTF! Have a great week buddy, and hope your interviews went well.
