My memories of you are like dried roses
Brittle but everlasting remnants of a flourishing
Moment of beauty
Now devoid of taste, of scent,
But still some color remains in the petals,
Though no longer do they feel like your lips when
Pressed to mine.
Ah to grasp my memories as I wish to grasp you!
Embrace you, crush you gently within my arms. . .
Alas, the memory would be crushed
Reduced to dust
So I refrain and view thee from afar
Across the rift of time.
Mystery Girl, it’s been three months. . .

Hey sweety
That really breaks my heart. I hope you are doing well and sorry I didn’t get to see you while I was up in MWK. I miss yoo so much!!!!
Yeah, now I get shit from your mom for wrecking the car. It’s hilarious, actually. Man, you have more patience than I do… Even though I send out an e-mail per week, I still miss Tina more than anyone else, and can’t wait for her to come down to visit, evenif it is just for a couple of hours on a weekday. I don’t know how I’m going to make it through being editor for the paper this next semester wthout her even there.
On the positive side, I’ve got the coolest roommate, ever! He bought himself a brand new computer, and after buying a monitor for his grandma and grandpa’s old one, he’ll be letting me use that up at college. Plus, we’ll have a wide DVD/VHS selection, as I broke my goal of 100 movies the other day. What series broke that goal for me? Why, none other than the Batman Legacy boxed set. Who says I dislike Batman? The last two movies are horrible, but that’s just because Tim Burton stopped directing them after Return, plus you lost Michael Keaton… Haven’t seen Batman Begins yet, but I’ll bet it’s good.
Well, talk at ya later. Have a great week!
I thought if I used a prolonged “OOOOOOO” it would be more effective
Well, Batman Begins starts in Tipton on Friday, so I’m definitely going to go see it. I’ll probably have to borrow a few bucks from my mom, since I opened a checking account and all of my money is currently tied up in that until I get my ATM card next week, but I’m definitely going to see it in Tipton.
For the record, Batman Forever isn’t terrible… Just a much different Batman then Tim Burton’s. However, Batman and Robin there are no redeeming qualities to. It just plain sucks. Have a great week!
hey, im sorry about mystery girl… thanks for the post though! I do like walks i dont know about in the woods but “timber” at my house feels safe enough for me… woods kinda scare me.. hope you are having a good summer!
Yeah, that did take balls on my part. I placed it on par or better to Spider-Man 2 because there still is a good chance that Spider-Man 3 will be better, depending on the villains they choose to use there. Besides, Batman used to have one of the worst sequels in many movie critics minds (Batman and Robin)… I hear that name and I’m already instantly cringing. So much wrong with it… Like I said, to have that in your past, the Dark Knight definitely deserved another shot at movies. Hopefully Warner doesn’t screw this chance up for him, though it looks like Batman vs. Superman is slated to begin filming after Superman Returns occurs and revives that hero… So, chances are, they will in the end.
Actually Cos is coming back here on Friday, but I would love to go up there, it’s just the whole parentals thing. But nevertheless, I’ll ask. I hope you are enjoying yourself and finally coming to a conclusion of which path to take.

Jake!! If you can, I don’t exactly know where you are residing right now but if you can….you’re invited to come to my brother Blaine’s farewell party before he heads off to 18 months in Iraq. It’ll be August first, in Tipton, in the evening….and I’ll get more details when I have them…hope to see you there!
Give me an update and let me know how things are going!
