  • Me me me

Hey everyone! If you are not busy on Thursday, starting at 4:30am MST, go over to wyomingkc.blogspot.com and click on the link to hear an interview with ME!

While you are there, you can also explore a little bit about the Knights of Columbus in the fine state of Wyoming. Enjoy!

PS- Just to clarify, I’m pretty sure that it will be available to listen to at your leisure. I certainly hope that is the case, because I certainly don’t want maje_charis losing any sleep over little old me! I appreciate the thought, though.

PPS- Please read comment #6! Sorry folks…

  • :-O <– This is me, gaping in amazement. That’s so cool! I’ll totally be listening in. That should be… wait… 3:30 *AM*? Is the interview available only at that time? Well, I’ll still do it, but only because you are my friend. How did you get the interview, anyway?

  • Actually, maje, that would be 5:30 a.m. CST. MST is one hour behind us. EST is an hour ahead of us.
That sounds really cool, but it is a little too early for me to find a computer without getting into trouble. Hope the interview goes well!

  • Wait, if it’s 4:30 am MST, that makes it 3:30am PST?  Since it’s a link, I can hear it at my own leisure, right?

  • Yeah, I just figured that out… I’m too used to thinking of my brother on the east coast and adding an hour. So, yes, 5:30am… Yes, I do have a college degree.

  • Nope, I’m doing it. Too bad. :P Besides, I have the luxury of being able to take a nap later, and I feel the need to do something interesting. Besides, I already set my alarm. You will do marvelously!

  • This is Bill, the editor of Knights in Interaction, the interactive newsletter where Jake was to have his moment of glory yesterday. The interview was going to be one of the many attractions scheduled for the newsletter’s “Online Open House” on Thursday, Jan. 24, starting at midnight. The day-long event was supposed to showcase all the high-tech wonders of the interactive newsletter. Ironically, we had a technological catastrophe that stretched from Tuesday evening through Wednesday night, and I had to pull the plug on the event about 6 hours before showtime. This was a huge disappointment. Fortunately, Jake’s interview had been prerecorded on Monday. Unfortunately, we spoke as if we were “live” three days in the future, and we referred to other things on the schedule, which never ended up happening; so, our dialog is a bit nonsensical in places. What I’ll do is provide an edited transcript over at Knights in Interaction within the next few days. We’ll give the Online Open House another shot in about a month, and maybe we can get Jake on the phone for another interview. My apologies to Sir Knight Jacob and his fan club.

  • Hey, wanted to let you know that mom really wants you to call her asap. Miss you!

  • Thought this would interest you! http://www.joshuabell.com/biography. It is a really amazing story about how he got his violin!

  • I’m still plugging away at that interview transcript, bit by bit. Something always seems to come up when I start working on it. Once it’s done, there’ll be a headline and short article (with a link to the text) published at Knights in Interaction.
