Briefly
For those who know me, doesn’t this totally look like me?
It is called “Golden Hours” by Frederick Leighton. I wish I had it as a poster!I’m still in Denver enjoying my time. Tomorrow I’m hitting up the Colorado Renaissance Faire for the second weekend in a row. I’m going (again) with my good old friend from my Wyoming days, Lady_Thalia. I can’t wait! Another old Wyoming friend might show up to, so we’ll have to see.
I know this is a lame entry, but I just wanted to let people know that I wasn’t dead haha!

Are you sure the artist wasn’t trying to portray Jesus instead?
Hehe…
Well see you tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!
Wow, that is crazy!!!! Miss you!! PLEASE give me your address-I have a gift for you
LOVE YOU BROTHER!!!
Indeed it does look like you.
How about Sunday, 10 my time, 8 your time? Let me know! LOVE YOU!
Splendid
Speaking of ancestors Jake, send me the info and I’ll do your tree like I said I would.
It does bear a striking resemblence to you. Maybe your long lost twin brother Raoul who invented a time machine and travelled many, many years in the past… Or it’s just someone who looks like you.
Let me know when you finish Sacrifice because I’d like your take and views on what this means for the future of the Star Wars universe. Things are about to happen, that’s for sure.
Hope you have a great week!
Hey sir Jacob
I’ve missed ya. Hope you’re enjoying Denver; I’m going to Colorado next month!

I agree about M.J. and Lumiya’s deaths being lame. Unlike Anakin Solo, Mara Jade dies by a stupid sleight of hand. We all know she was kicking Jacen’s ever living skull in combat, and Traviss couldn’t find another way to kill her off with fans loving her. I think killing her was a big mistake. It sends ripples across the universe, but it also asks the question who is going to kill Jacen? Ben or Luke?
Lumiya’s death was way to cheap after the build up of five books as her as a main villain. It charges Luke with taking steps along the path to the Dark Side (again) in retribution against the women who killed his wife. Ben is on the right trail, but how long will it take him to figure out who killed his mother? What will he do with that information when he finds it?
Alema is a character who should have stayed dead at the end of the Swarm Trilogy. She served as a good villain of the Hive Mind, but keeping her alive afterwards was a bad choice. I don’t know why she needs to be in the back wings.
And what is Jaina Solo’s issue? She has two guys after him, but she can’t choose either. That stupid “Sword of the Jedi” tagline needs to be explained or put to rest, too. She has become underused, especially since she would play a good counterpoint to Jacen and knowing what he is doing.
I hate the disappearing in the Force, too.
What about the Mandalores joining in battle, and Boba Fett’s wife being frozen in carbonate for over forty years? Who wants to be around for that unthawing? I loved the death of Dur Gejjen. The turmoil of continuing this war is going to tear apart the allegiance of the Galactic Alliance.
Some nit-picky questions I have. How come every time there is a big crisis, however, it feels like the Republic/Alliance tears itself apart into individual factions? I mean the Republic died in N.J.O. to form the G.A. The G.A. is being torn apart by Jacen Solo’s plight to power. You would think the citizens of the Star Wars universe would take time for race relations in between the crisis. Why do the Bothans always split off, too? They sacrificed so much for the Republic, yet are the first to flee when things get too scary.
That’s what I have right now to discuss. Book six is just over a month away, too. Have a great week!
WHOA!! When was that? Where were you when you saw him?
Sorry I haven’t been on Xanga for a while, but email certainly makes up for it.
And yes, that totally looks like you! Love the redecoration of the wallpaper on the site as well. Right now, my email is down, so I’m going to update Xanga instead!
