ADVENT!!!! YES!!! My favorite time of the year!
So here’s a question: What’s the best Christmas song of all time? I have a tie between “O, Holy Night” and “O Come, O Come Emmanuel.” Which ever song wins I’ll sing it out loud, and anyone in my dorm room will hear it haha.

Ooooh tough choice… a couple of weeks ago I would have chosen O Holy Night, but being that I absolutely love the mass parts at church this season, I have to go w/ O Come, O Come Emmanuel…. but once it’s actually Christmas, I’ll be back to O Holy Night, I’m sure… it’s so hard!!! Geez, way to make my brain hurt.

O Come, O Come Emmanuel has my everlasting devotion, but I have to admit that O Holy Night is pretty dang cool. Let me know when you’re going to sing.

Here’s a vote for Silent Night, or Stille Nacht auf Deutsch and Angels we Have Heard on High. I know they’re not up there, but they should be. And what the hey: Here’s another for Wassail. It would be awesome to go Christmas caroling with some group this year. I might have to look into that… What are your travel plans for Christmas Break? O Holy Night is my choice. I love it!
I personally enjoy We Three Kings, or What Child is This, just cause they have a minor feel to them, but O Holy Night, is wonderful for the soloist, O come O come Emanuel is wonderful for an ensemble…my choice…O holy night, (being a soloist
) But another wonderful one for a choir would be Angels We Have Heard on High, just because of the various harmonies/scales all entwining! *shiver*…it’s all so wonderful..I Love Christmas!!!!…yeah..dunno the point of my ramblings!
